Whether you’re looking to meet friends and live with a group or enjoy the privacy of your very own studio apartment, we’ve got a range of living options here at Central Quay for you to choose from.
Light and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of workspace and storage, both our Shared and Studio apartments are available on 51 or 44-week tenancies, with no deposit or booking fees. All of our properties are also fully en-suite, with all bills and a fortnightly kitchen clean included in the rent price.
We like to give our residents lots of control when booking a room, so if you have a group of friends you’d like to live with, or you’re looking to share with people from your year group, we’ll try and accommodate any requests where we can.
Shared Apartments
Want to live with friends or get to know a new group of people? Then you should check out our shared apartments. All our rooms are en-suite, with lots of private space for you to chill out or study in when you need it. They also come with a spacious shared living area with cozy seats and a full kitchen – perfect for socialising!
Studio apartments
If you prefer to have your own space and really make it your own, one of our studios could be the perfect option for you. From stylish kitchenettes to comfy 3/4 or double beds, our apartments come with everything you need to feel right at home, right away.
